1. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 7 days of product delivery.
The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Certain items like food products, personal care items, or customized goods may not be eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons.

3. Refund Policy
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be credited to customers account within 5-7 business days through original payment method
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or UPI.

5. Damaged or Wrong Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
The replaced product will be delivered in 5-7 business days
6. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our customer support.
Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled but may be returned as per our return policy.
